what we
keep.
This page covers the voice demo on this site - what it stores, why, and for how long. It's a shorter, web-specific companion to the full HUMBL app privacy policy.
1. Who we are
This page is issued by QWR Interactive Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("QWR", "we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in India. We are the data controller (EU GDPR) and data fiduciary (India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, "DPDP Act") for the personal data described here.
Registered office: 301, 303, 304 The Golden Bell, Koregaon Park Annexe, Industrial Area, Mundhwa, Pune, Maharashtra 411036, India.

Using the HUMBL app, not this browser demo? See the in-app Privacy Policy - the two are related but describe different products.
3. What this demo collects
Only what's needed to run the live voice demo on this site.
To verify you're a real person
Your phone number, used once to send a one-time verification code. We keep the number to enforce a fair-use time limit on the demo (see Section 6).
While you're talking to it
Your voice is streamed in real time to our AI voice provider to generate a spoken response, then discarded - we do not currently record or store the audio itself. What we do keep: a text transcript of each turn (what you said, what it said back), and session-level metrics (how long you talked, how many turns, whether the session ended cleanly or dropped) so we can improve reliability.
Memory
If HUMBL learns a durable fact about you during a conversation (a preference, something you mentioned about your work), it may save that fact so a later conversation can refer back to it. You can view and delete this at any time (Section 6).
What we don't collect here
This demo does not access your contacts, calendar, photos, or any other app or connected device data. That's part of the full HUMBL app, not this website.
4. Lawful basis for processing
Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) / DPDP Sec. 6) - for starting a voice session and saving anything to memory. Legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) / DPDP Sec. 7(f)) - for abuse prevention and reliability telemetry; we've concluded this doesn't override your rights, and you may object at any time.
5. Who processes your data
We share data only with processors bound by data processing agreements, and we do not sell personal data. Categories in use for this demo: cloud authentication and database providers; the AI service provider that generates real-time voice responses; error-monitoring and performance-telemetry providers; SMS providers used to deliver the verification code.
6. Retention and your controls
Transcripts and session metrics are kept for 30 days, then automatically deleted. You can also request deletion yourself at any time from the your conversations page - this hides your data immediately and permanently erases it within 30 days. Memory facts are kept until you delete them or request account deletion. Your phone-verification record (used for the fair-use time limit) is kept for as long as the demo is active.
7. International transfers
QWR is based in India. Data may be processed by service providers in India, the EU, the UK, the US, and other regions depending on the service involved, under Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards where required.
8. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent at any time. To exercise these, email [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in India, the Data Protection Board of India once established; in the EU/EEA, your local authority; in the UK, the ICO).
9. Children's privacy
This demo is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect data from, anyone under 18.
10. Security
Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, row-level access controls so no one account can read another's data, and multi-factor authentication for anyone with administrative access to production systems. No system is 100% secure - report a vulnerability responsibly to [email protected].
11. Changes to this page
We may update this page as the demo changes. Material changes will update the date above and, where required by law, we'll seek renewed consent.
12. Governing law
Governed by the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra - without prejudice to any rights you have under the GDPR or other applicable law in your jurisdiction.
